AFFTA’s Retailer Accelerator is a two-day event created specifically for independent fly shops that want stronger cash flow, better inventory decisions, more effective employees, and deeper relationships with the manufacturers they work with every day. This is not a trade show and it is not another generic retail seminar. The Retailer Accelerator is built around the real challenges facing fly shops today and the survey feedback retailers shared about what they need most from manufacturers. Day One features three sessions led by retail consultant Chris Frangiosa focused on one important idea: retailers are the customer of the manufacturer. Using direct survey feedback from fly shops, Chris will lead conversations about what retailers need most, how manufacturers can better support independent shops, and what both sides can do to build stronger, more profitable partnerships. Throughout the day, retailers will have multiple opportunities to network with manufacturers, participate in problem-solving discussions, and exchange ideas with fellow shop owners. Day Two turns those conversations into action. Retailers will take part in sessions on employee management, sales floor coaching, and building a better weekly operating rhythm for their business. Retailers will also receive dedicated one-on-one time with both Chris Frangiosa and participating manufacturers. These private meetings are designed to help each shop work through its own unique challenges—from inventory and merchandising to staffing, cash flow, marketing, and long-term growth.
