Description

In this webinar Chez Chesak, Executive Director of the Outdoor Writers Association of America (and President-Elect of the Society of American Travel Writers), will instruct you on how to work with travel/outdoor media to get coverage. He'll cover:

  • The state of outdoor/travel media
  • Definition of travel media vs. outdoor media
  • How to target the right media to get the right placement
  • Where to find them to connect
  • How to pitch a story
  • Hosting media for a press trip (including when to invite them, what you should cover, what to expect, and more)

Chez will then take your questions. 


 


About the Speaker:

‘Chez’ Chesak is an award-winning adventure travel writer, 30 year veteran of the outdoor industry, Executive Director of the Outdoor Writers Association of America and President of The Society of American Travel Writers.
